R, GMST down nearly 10% on huge volume has to be saying something. Yes WS may "have it wrong", but certainly there has to be something in this merger that the market is viewing with skepticism.... So far, it would seem the real major concern would have to be the obvious. That being the price GMST paid for the assets and liabilities of TVGuide. Someone is going to have to take this deal apart and make a case for why GMST isn't currently fully or over valued.... bp
