You're right Public Relations is probably not the right term. I would rather say Crisis Communication, ensuring the potential users and users of the Rambus technology that this is a specific and short term problem (very short, the shortest ever...) due to the state-of-the-art profile of this new tech. which will be solve soon with the collaboration of all the parties involved. In this kind of situation you can't hide the reality to those who believe in your tech and have already been spending a lot of money to use and develop this tech. My opinion FWIW Orion
