Mahalo too you too Gary! I agree, NITE did hold up well in light of BBRS/Waterhouse news. Guess I'll stick with my 26 1/4 bottom! I will be very surprised if NITE is below 45 by year's end. Then again, it wouldn't be the first time I was very surprised<VBG>. Cheers

Hi Gary,
Just thinking that Ole Zurdo may know what he is talking about. If I am AIMing this stock and If I take my small stake in Nite and just for conversation sake I fantasize that it is now the 8 million that Waterhose just sold.

With a $28 purchase my 1st sell would be in the area of $35 a share. My 1st buy would be exactly $22 3/8. So Zurdo is close but just a bit low. Now keep in mind that in order to achieve this kind of market pressure my core holding would have to be in the neighborhood of 160 million shares. :o)

Seriously I performed a very long weekend of DD on this stock before entering at level $33. I came to two conclusions that I believe all of you have already discussed. First although they presently have the edge with 1st major entry, dominance etc., I believe with the right amount of capital, money and technology it is easily duplicated. Nothing secret or undoable at this point. Don't believe their competitors see any magic or Technological advantage. Second the Original partners or investors would dilute the stock on a consistent basis once they were freed from jail. Now it is the second that has us tied up for now and about the time we dig out from that the 1st will be back to prove us wrong a second time. Thus a never ending cycle...

Why didn't I listen to my own DD, just thinking that I was better off to do the opposite. Guess I will profit or learn. For now I hold, more up side than down. IMHO

Keith

gary,

thank you for the clarification, and with the press release
being monday a.m., one would have to conclude nite held up
very well, especially after being down over 1. it is time to
start thinking about whethere this is dead money, but
i think that will be determined by earnings and the cc.
we know the stock will not plummit another 50 points on the
bright side.
