Fed will leave interest rates alone, but will it maintain it's neutral bias? I think that will be the key question today. I agree, an increase now would be better than November, because the sense would be that the Fed was done for the time being, and some good earnings reports would wash the bad taste out of most investors mouths.

That's what I was thinking too. There were some huge gains on Monday, some folks could sell after the announcement.
