Timothy legal council for for DDEQ is: A.Frederick Schaffer 2700 North Central Avenue Suite 200 Phoenix, Arizona 85004 I don't know what is going on anymore with this company. They are late in filing the financials with the SEC. They have complied before..they are a fully reporting company. Good luck and please keep the thread posted.
