Do you have any opinion as to whether the announcement of the acquisition yesterday indicates that the "second" secondary was successful or do you think they purchased the company outright with the $150,000,000 they had in cash from the "first" secondary plus operating revenues since that date?

Just thought you may have an opinion or may hazard a guess.

SNDK closed the day with a P/E of 96. Just how "fund-a-mental" do you want to get?
