1)Legg Mason reiterates buy, Sprint agree to merge, target $120
2)Morgan Stanley Dean Witter reiterates outperform, agrees to buy FON
3)Prudential reiterates strong buy/single best idea, target $115
4)S & P Market Scope reiterates buy, BLS reiterates accumulate, as both attempt to acquire FON
5)Merrill Lynch analyst Daniel P. Reingold reiterated near-term ''accumulate''. The long-term rating was reiterated ''buy.''
6)Gerard Klauer Mattison & Co.analyst Charles A. Disanzareiterated ''buy''. The 12-month target price is $100.00 per share.
