I am in complete agreement. If the Y2K fear pendulum swings from higher levels it will be much more severe than if it swings from a lower level.

I also hope we can get over this interest rate stuff ASAP. If the market need to drop, let it drop another 1000 pts. The next support should be between 9600 - 9200. In October of 97 and 98, there was a day where DOW drop 500 pts. This year we are yet to see such a day.
