But I suppose TVGIA holders could be selling GMST short, and holding their TVGIA, thereby locking in a better gain than they could get by selling TVGIA outright. Do you really think that the TVGIA investors are that sophisticated that they would short GMST, in unison, because they don't like the deal. And how much of the selling has been on UP TICKS? I doubt if much of the selling is from TVGIA shorters. I would tend to think that some of the momos that helped moved it from 66 to 88 in under 2 weeks are getting out, as momos do, due to the long time to merger completion. William
