Dear Anthony: Well, maybe I am wrong, but seems to me people who are employed to judge the merits should await the hearing of the facts before making a decision. Guess I am still not used to the Clinton type liberals we are being strangled with. That will change soon THANK GOD. JDN

Seems to me that where the WCOM stock price heads in the short to intermediate term will depend upon the ability of Ebbers & Co. to "sell" this marriage to wall street. Where and how much extra revenue will the synergies create, and exactly how much earnings dilution will be exacted upon shareholders are two questions I am anxious to have answered. Long term, this appears to be the right move, but was it done at a too high a price?

In the very short term (today) we got our answer as to the direction of the price of this stock.
