Excellent timing on your call ....I bought back my covered calls today and will write once again after a snap back to the $63-$65 range.

It is interesting that CSC's purchase of Nichols is based on CSC's average stock price. With this 10% correction in CSC's price, they should save aprox. $40 million on their purchase of Nichols.

I guess everybody wins.

With Lehman's downgrade today, they stated that CSC may see a short fall in earnings in FY 2001. I do not think they realized that the Nichol's purchase will be additive to CSC's earnings begining in Q1 FY '00.

I still like CSC long term, especially as we move into next year.
