Actually Ron I never understood why that made a difference. That is; the investment community who already looks ahead should also be able to look beyond the roll up. Unless there are hidden issues on the role up such as the value of PAMC shares in relationship to Healthaxis shares; the run up to 42 or even 35 should not have been a early. Does anyone know if there is a one-for-one trade of PAMC shares for Healthaxis ? Any idea when that announcement will take place. I am assuming before year end.
