Capcom will be installing a Clarent-based IP telephony network in major cities throughout Spain. Capcom will offer voice and fax services via prepaid calling cards and will also offer international wholesale calling services. Capcom will use IP telephony for both domestic and international calling, and hopes to turn up commercial service in the Fall of 1999.
