As SI has said in the past is that they do make exceptions to the rules listed. However, once they boot someone should they back down? That means the next time Joe Schmo is kicked off of SI for spamming, he comes back and says "hey! Why did you let A@P back on?".

Should we start a voting thread for every person who is kicked off?

I will pursue this Mary I agree the little weasel Daniel Miller has no place here.

I say if your old enough to lose your own money trading, you should be old enough to post on SI. BTW, I have peoplemarked Daniel Miller. I cancelled my Anthony peoplemark long ago. And, I would never even consider peoplemarking any small-minded wench who would ban someone regardless of their maturity. Just because your teenagers are probably out raising hell instead of building equity, don't take it out on Daniel.

I second that vote. Daniel Miller should be terminated from SI because he is underage and very obviously not aware of securities laws. It's the best thing for him . . . I figure it's that or juvenile hall so we have to make the tough decision now.
