Meaning: I was referring to the law allowing you to open an investment account and trade on your own. You simply cannot as you cannot be party to a contract. Secondly "the rules of SI" apply to you being able to independently open and account. If Uncle Irve or Dad or Mom opened your SI account they should be posting not you. If you lie by fact or omission of fact you still have forfeited the right to post.
