I don't know what A@P did either, and I don't want to write a manifesto (which I agree with and which I enjoyed), as Tastes Like Chicken did, but I believe that SI needs to stick to its Terms of Use agreement. I don't think anyone wants SI to become like the Yahoo boards which are almost entirely useless.

Why does A@P in particular have difficulty abiding by the Terms of Use? There seems to be plenty of his followers here preaching forgiveness which is fine, but can A@P come back and stay within the guidelines or is he going to be given special treatment because he can't stay within the terms of the agreement? And is that *fair* for everyone else?
