briand ---per the Paine Webber report posted from friday of last week half of the 2.5 billion in sales for the month of Sept was from the U.S. ---somebody is trying to buy the stock cheaper . The only way 7% could be right for the U.S. is if the RBOC's are cutting spending . Everything I have heard or seen is that they are increasing spending to play catch up with the rest of the net
