Manny...if I may help you respond...of course this is jmho and not the company line: 1) You are absolutely right....numbers don't add up so clear Tom has to get the money somewhere.....he is heading to or gone to Australia now....so maybe that will be fruitful???!!!! We shall see...but until a done deal is announced by PR it is just reassuring to know that dilution correction is a top priority....but we shareholders expect (as usual) that money be spent in the right areas for the time at hand.....so if startup costs are more important we can suffer dilution and abysmal stock price for the time being, I think. Looking forward to more news on this subject when details can be confirmed and disclosed. Hope Tom can pull it off!!! 2) I think ET&T did buy some ECNC stock back during the Canadian debacle...its been some time ago....would be interesting to know the status of that but needs to be addressed to ET&T's IR not Manny.....imho. 3) Rogel is providing the triple wrapped encryption stuff, I think. ET&T developed and patented the business and transaction processing model (the core of our business) which is what is licensed to ECNC for $8M, as I understand it. ePin can be made by anyone...just hardware....software and patented transaction processing method are the real value producers for us, again, imho. Please correct me if I am wrong on this stuff...anyone. Keep the good questions coming Dai....good buddy!!! :-]
