Hello Ron ... I'll now add you to the list for me to get in touch with for EXCELL ... gggggg I know how but am rusty as all get out, along with being rather slow mentally, too ...... Here is a neat way to track prem of spot cash to the current contract, Z in this case .... quote.com when the chart loads (few minutes) point your cursor to PREM over on the top right hand side of the data chart .... click on it and prem will pop right up ... real time for free on the emini .... you can change the time frame by simply clicking on any of the available periods in the pull down menu, OR, by entering (SYMBOL comma and then your desired time) .... it will look like this ES9Z,7 --- for 7 minute frames on the mini .... $PREM,14 -- for 14 minute frames on the prem $TICK,12 -- for 12 minute frames on the tick ..... etc ......
