Good ideas should be developed and freely transmitted, and that can onl y work in an open, democratic society. Dictatorship and oppression have been the major reasons for the demise of the the romanian Reich, the third Reich as well as the Eastern Block, including the former Soviet Union. If it was a means to polish the SI "surface", then I only could ask: "Who's next?" I'm quite sure G2NET/SI is the last who wants to see themselves going down the sewer, including its stock & options intrinsic value. Vote=Yes, therefore.
