(Lurking) Interesting Walter. Some thoughts of mine: EINI has to be reporting to the SEC by December 99, or they go to the Pinks. At this time MVEE does not matter, but, a question? If the deal does not close by their(EINI)reporting date, then this should effect the reporting of MVEE in March 2000. Why, because it may make a statement that the financial records between both companies are not in compliance with SEC requirements. So, my answer to your question, is probably lower. Best wishes:)
