SUBPEONA to SI MANAGEMENT You are hereby notified that in case of SI Management (SIM) vs. A@P that certain important evidence is in the hands of SIM that is needed by A@P Member Vote to pass fair judgement. The subject matter known as "the missing posts" have been removed by SIM for alleged thread irregularities. These posts should be entered on this thread ASAP for A@P Member Vote to pass said judgement on whether "the missing posts" constitute justification for said prior action of termination of SI member known as A@P. Time is of the essence.

Cisco: Management of SI that doesn't have the balls to reinstate someone they obviously want to reinstate so instead they put out this farce of a vote so they will have something to wear as a fig leaf! Nail hit squarely on the head...<g> This is a one of kind vote, we will not see another. So, I am un-bookmarking this subject as the results were pre-ordained before the first vote was cast. Everyone will be given the same privilege... this is called a precedent in the judicial system. Precedents are called upon whenever there is a trial. Establishing a previous judgment as a point to base a defence is as old as the annals of the justice department. My husband is 20 years experience in the Federal Judicial System and he says this will be a precedent and all 'past and future' perpetrators of any 'infringements of policy' can use this precendent to get out of any 'suspension'.. In a way that's good, because as many of us were 'given suspension warnings ' in the past for daring to retort on attacks, I would take reintstatement as a sign that everything and anything goes. Freedom is a good thing, censorship is a bad thing. We should all be allowed to post anything as long as we wave the precendent for reinstatement in front on the SI admin. Don't be so hard on this case, its unlocked a pandora's box but I'm sure Pandora herself had a blast when she opened her box.
