Ptask, <<why the recent drop in Maxam price>> Because I have been buying higher, it works that way with me and MXAM. <VBG> I did talk to Dale today (price declines give me concern too), the company answers the phone, the doors are open and people are at work. The financing previously announced is still being worked on, and a few other things that are in the works that Dale couldn't discuss with me. We may hear about them soon, (hint). The issue here is funding to make a mine, it doesn't get any simpler than that. The company will become fully reporting as required, property and recovery development will continue as money permits. That part won't change, but eventual funding will open the floodgates of opportunity for shareholders. I'm not ready to count Runyon out just yet. Why do you think I would still be buying? Yeah, I know, I'm stupid. <VBG>

PS, ref: Chuca's posts. Do yourself a favor, if Chuca has a post over 10 words long, hit next. That's what I do. I would rather spend the time to contemplate the meaning of life than wade through that swamp. <VBG>

Plaskmaster,
I think you misunderstood everything i said about knowledge.
I was speaking about hands on knowledge in running a business. The one thing you and your group have not taken into consideration is the fact that these dd's are a new business, they are attempting to do something that has never been done before, this always takes longer. The men running these dd's have made statements about timetables that they believed would happen and they have been wrong, but when you have a past business to compare your business with you can get a very good idea as to just how long it would take to do a certain task, but with the dd's there is no other business to compare with. So i believe any one with business knowledge would know that in a new business it will always take longer than you would think it would.
Time will tell.
Paunch

Don't like Chuca's posts? Don't read 'em. Like the kid's? Read 'em. There is a wonderful Liberian proverb that says if you tell the child there is dung on the palm nut and he says there is none on the kernel, let him crack it.
