hi tom, have heard that there is a possible patent infringement problem with imcl over an amgn patent... apparently there is some additional language now in the s3 filed today regarding patents... i have not read the s3 myself... but this is what i am hearing... long imcl from 17 and 18... long term hold for me... No clue other than what I have read on SI IMCL, RB, Yahoo thread. Possible patent infringement? Stock dilution? I still own some shares though I did lighten up on the reversal from high 30's. Todays drop was a surprise. Well, NXTL...heading towards $100 GBLX...holding long AIRO...a rocket in stage one COII...wow! AOL... MFNX...nice move I'm finding it less stressful doing position trades past couple months than daytrading. Holding CS of course. Sold USWB yesterday. Looks like profit taking set in. Maybe shorts back on. Did you know GBLX has over 26 million shorts on the stock current? That along with buyout rumour and the recent news could propel GBLX well into the 30's shortly. Here comes the news on AIRO.....and more on the way. Damn PRSW. Jane
