BearDown was removed for telling someone to stop posting PMs to him. Sure he got mad, but should someone taunt someone in PMs, if Silicon Investor had an Ignore Poster feature, Bear Down would have never needed to request the person to stop. If Bear Down knew that frankness in PM was monitored he would have taken different actions. We need to clean up the people wrongly thrown off, set up clear and distinct rules, PUBLISH THEM, and restart. Right now its McCarthyistic
