I think the wafer shortage before, and exacerbated by the earthquake, may have changed the psychology some of those on the fence. "Thou shalt have plenty of extra capacity at all times, or thou shalt be smitten" <G>

When a stock has just made a new high there is no overhead
resistance. This means the stock has never before failed
to rise above that new high.
