As for doing all your "projected" benchmarks, extrapolations, etc. - keep worrying ! Only 200,000 Athflops shipped last quarter - and AMD is stuck with over 150,000 in inventory ! That "quake" excuse - in the second to last week of the quarter - can't hide the AthFLOP sales problems. Paul

Cirrus - <I am telling YOU that the Athlon (Pro?) 700's estimates are ABOVE whatever Intel is is parading around San Jose.> The AMD presentation was in the "future products" session of the forum. The Coppermine was in the "upcoming directly" session of the forum. Did Coppermine surprise you at all in the last few days? How can you read what Intel's response to the future product will be, when Intel did such a good job of keeping Coppermine, aka, Dixon Shrink, so under wraps? PB
