So Hitsgalore needed a cash infusion. Gee, I thought they were profitable, and that they had a nine-digit check coming in April. So why do they need the cash? Could it be that they are burning cash and really aren't profitable?

Nah.

The "Amrhein Foley Group of Southern California"???
No mention of what city they're in? No web presence? Not in phone books? Another invisible LFT-like organization? Will the 8K reveal details of financing? Will they bother to file an 8K?

...Mezz - Bid's still under two. Looks like the street has acquired some skepticism. LOL

The Company's Chairman, Dorian Reed, stated, ``Having the Amrhein Foley Group as a strategic partner works great for Hitsgalore.com. We not only get access to needed operating capital, but we also will have an incredible opportunity to expand the services of hitsgalore.com to include the new investment and IPO marketplace.'

LOOK LIKE THEY ARE GOING AFTER INTUIT.

Maybe they can float their own IPO from this site... and sell HITT stock directly off the internet (beats the heck out of the boileroom). Woooow !!!

Next they should go after eBAY and get into the auction site
business. TMRTe already tried that and I don't think it's
working too well. Criminals make lousy businessman.

Just in from the RB Front. A few observations:

1. Didn't HITT recently say they had enough operating capital for the "foreseeable future"?

2. What are the terms of these two private placements? What kinds of securities are being issued, and at what price?

3. Where, exactly, is this mysterious company located? "Southern California" is a bit vague.
