My understanding is that some want to do away with the bias, so I don't think it has any wieght?

CNBC had its lunch time show on the vessel, the PRESIDENT JACKSON, and while interviewing the captain, it was advised by the captain that they were preparing for their export voyage and the vessel was only 60% full. And I will add that most of that 60% was wastepaper and cheap chemicals, since I again checked with my sources which are with that specific company, AMERICAN PRESIDENT LINEs.

So lets see how the skew the poor trade numbers which come out OCT 20 and should effect the DOLLAR.
