ajb, It all depends on whether or not Intel acts rationally. They act rational and AMD and Intel will coexist and the share will divide as the technival and marketing merits decree. If Intel goes into kill AMD mode they will indeed injure(not fatally) AMD and they will ruin their own profits and get the SH enraged. Time and again SH have chosen co-existence to ruinous price wars. That analyst has based his prediction on a rational Intel. Bill
