JPR, 'Think Tank' in India? Hell everybody in India is pretty much a 'think tank', certain states have more of them than the others is the only difference.<g>

I am of course talking about political 'Think Tanks'.

Yep. And if any political party thinks that India has to be "one nation following one religion and speaking one language", they better try going it alone in the next election, instead of deluding themselves and making condescending statements that it is their charisma that has helped their allies win!

The US dangles the carrot to Kashmiri people. Offers "international rehabilitation and reconstruction aid for Kashmir if India and Pakistan can reach a solution for the problem bilaterally, taking into account the wishes of the people of Kashmir."
