Jenna, do you have anything to say regarding the A@P vote?...I am reading your posts and thinking I am on the wrong thread....I am getting the opinion that you're over here because it is a hot thread and you are seeking some type of exposure or something I am not sure what....lets make your presence here productive and relevant....perhaps you can answer me this...one of the complaints of the A@P group was that you were getting away with stuff that he was not. The primary example being marketing of private sites. Although my research is not extensive there seems to be some merit to that argument...For instance it is said that A@P was in part terminated for excessive marketing of private sites while you were left alone...I believe there were even some accusations by the A@P group that you and SI had some type of financial ties...To me it seems you were treated differently.....Why was that? What is your take on this.

Jeff,

Its been over a year since I disassociated myself with Jenna (aka Barb Simon), and I have said nothing publicly. I apoligize for the intrusion to this thread, but I would like to clarify one thing:

In late August I went out to the cybercash site to see if anyone was subscribing. I found that the password access had been changed. When I called the Simons I was informed that they felt this was their person information, and that I, although a partner in the venture, should not be allowed visibilty. And also, they felt that since they were doing so much more that they wanted to renegotiate a division of profit. I decided that this tactic was neither professional, ethical, nor conducive to a trusting and lasting business relationship. My lawyer agreed, so
I said, no thanks, pay me for what I put into it and left.

That I was working 10 hours a day at the time and market Gems had only about 30 subscribers seemed good enough reason for me to not quit my day job. Her husband on the other hand had just retired and she was trading full time anyway. That I decided to take my honeymoon after I got married seemed odd or unconscionable?

I would note that the educationsl posts Market Gems is using inculde a large number of mine (without my permission), but since I am a strong advocate of the free exchange of information on the internet, I have not made an issue of it.

I really don't need anyone to defend me, and I have not made any posts concerning this nor do I intend to make any in the future.
