LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 8, 1999--Go Online Networks
Corporation (OTCBB:GONT), today announced that it has filed a Form
SB-2 with the Securities and Exchange Commission to register up to
$12 million in new securities for sale to the public and to become a
fully reporting company when the registration is cleared and
effective.
The Company will sell the newly registered shares in negotiated
transactions to investors through key funding sources at prevailing
market prices.
"We are working diligently to meet all of the SEC's requirements
in a timely fashion. Our commitment to our shareholders and to the
investing public is to provide them with as much information as
possible about events occurring at Go Online Networks Corporation. We
are pleased to report that we have completed our audit, and the
necessary forms have been submitted to the SEC for approval," stated
Joseph Naughton, Chairman of Go Online Networks Corporation.
Mr. Naughton concluded: "We are actively courting several funding
sources that have expressed a strong desire to infuse the necessary
capital needed to achieve our growth objectives laid out in our
business plan and described in the filing. Achieving fully reporting
status will serve to substantially broaden the scope of potential
interest from brokerage houses, analysts, institutional investors and
other more traditional investors for our Company. Through the recent
months, our three core businesses, ShopGoOnline.com, Go Online Kiosk
and Auctionomics, have generated a major impression on numerous
established investment interests. Achieving fully reporting status is
a clear requirement for most of these entities to further such
interest in GONT. We are confident the successful completion of our
filing will enhance our position in the shareholder community and
serve to further preserve and enhance the shareholder value of GONT."

This is great news because now we will have more credibility for bigger investors. And we will also be raising working capitol which we'll need in order to grow (and kiosks aren't cheap, either).
I think with Joe Naughton's solid business plan we have a very bright future ahead of us and I am very confident with my investment.
