Let's see Bill, ah there is a great solution, how about HMO executives to give-up billions in bonuses and salaries...You right they would not want to do that....No! maybe just transfer owneship to the Gvn? Bad idea.... ps. Bill do you knw that the very same test cost fraction at private Doctor's office than at HMO? Why tests not done that way? Gvn would not trust doctors..And here is a dilemma -you can't transfer care control to doctors..(gvn would not let that happen) and patients do not trust HMO's and their money-grabbing executives.... pss you can be assured that lawyers will be o'key
