Summit to Introduce Ultimate Clean
668 - Turbine Cleaner

LONGVIEW, Texas, Aug. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Summit Environmental Corporation Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SEVT - news) introduced Ultimate Clean 668 - Turbine Cleaner on August 5.
There are tens of thousands of industrial gas turbine engines worldwide. Solar Turbines Inc. alone has over 11,000 in its fleet. The other main industrial turbine manufacturers are General Electric, ABB Stal, Allison, Ruston, Rolls Royce, Kawasaki and Nuovo Pignone. There are also tens of thousands of aircraft turbine engines worldwide, as well, in the civilian and military markets.

Summit Environmental has developed Ultimate Clean 668, a proprietary biodegradable crank wash cleaner that is manufactured by BioGenesis Enterprises, Inc. exclusively for Summit. This cleaner is approved by Solar Turbines Inc., a division of Caterpillar Inc., for use in their turbine
fleet. Approval to use on other manufacturers of turbines is in process.

The industrial gas turbine must be cleaned frequently, usually monthly, to continue to operate efficiently. Each turbine uses differing amounts of cleaner depending on the size of the turbine and the level of contamination in the compressor section. It is estimated that each turbine will use one to two gallons of concentrate per month on average in the horsepower range manufactured by Solar Turbines Inc. There could also be an additional one to two gallons used each month for general cleaning purposes in and around the turbine package. Manufacturers of turbines in a higher
horsepower range currently use five to ten gallons per cleaning.

Initial testing of this product has yielded favorable feedback from customers and field service representatives using the product. The cleaner has many desirable characteristics including biodegradability, non-toxic, non- foaming, as well as being an exceptional turbine cleaner.

Summit Environmental Corporation, Inc. through its authorized representatives already has in place a worldwide network to market and distribute the product. Purchase orders have been received for this product. Using a market penetration of 15% only for the Solar Turbines Inc. fleet
for the remaining five months of 1999 it is believed that 1,500 turbines could be washed using Ultimate Clean 668. Taking 1,500 turbines, times 5 months, times 4 gallons at each cleaning yields 30,000 gallons of concentrate used. Using a retail sales price of $15.45 per gallon yields
approximately $463,500 in revenue. It is believed that a market penetration of 30% can be achieved for the year 2000 in only the Solar Turbines Inc. fleet with revenues approaching $700,000. Summit believes that at the same time other markets can be penetrated for other turbine manufacturers as is happening presently. Estimated revenues for the year 2001 would be in excess of $1,000,000 annually. Experience has shown that further usage by the customer as an industrial cleaner in and around the turbine package could easily double revenue expectations.
