Taking the total volume for the year 1999= 1,098,500 shs and dividing it buy approximately 150 day's= 7,323 shares as average daily volume. 353,700 shares traded between $2.00 & $2.50 426,400 shares traded between $1.00 & $2.00 518,400 shares traded between $1.00 & .37 As you can see, most of the shares of common stock were purchased/sold for over 150% of the current trading price. And we have noticed that at that time, the company was in the developemental stages. Based on the daily volume, we can not fundamentally explain why the share price has decreased. Most penny stocks are gradually walked down by the market makers in the security once the volume begins to diminish, regardless of it being bought or sold. If you look at a daily chart for one year, you will be able to see this for yourself. As far as the future of the company, we see the following: In Summit's press release on Friday, September 10,1999, they refer to a $5,000,000.00 minimum sales contract from Convienience Group. By using fundamentals, you would get the following results: Assuming a 10% net income, you will get 0.67 earnings per share! Lets say that stocks in this sector trade 10 times earnings per share, we could see $7 a share. * NOTE: A week later they came out with another contract for over 2 million with more to come! This is a company with a product that you can see. We have compared FirePower 911 to almost every other Fire extinguisher on the market, and we believe that if it is marketed correctly, you may see one in every other household! In today's world, people want things that are effective, yet simple to use. With FirePower911, all they have to do is spray the contents in the direction of the fire, sweeping back and forth.Another very interesting thing we were able to find out was this. Most other fire extinguishers weigh between five and fifteen pounds! FirPower911 weighs only 32 ounces! And FirePower911 is environmentally safe! There are no known hazardous components! It is air powered and contains no hfc's or other ozone depleting materials. It is UL listed! What we have here is a company with a product that we believe will do very well in the Fire Safety Marketplace. This is what you will have to ask yourself in regards to this company as a possible investment. Is this a company that has a product that people will want or need? We believe so, and we also believe the company will do very well. We recommend that all of you read the company's sec filings @ biz.yahoo.com ************************************ RECENT SURVEY ************************************ We recently did a survey on Summit Environmental FirePower911 Rated Fire Extinguishers. We decided that we would take this product out into the public, and see the response we would get. We called the company, and requested one case. We then decided that we should go to a place where we could target a broad range of people, and we decided that the only place we would find them would be a Large Mall parking Lot. We began by stopping people to ask them for an opinion on Fire Extinguishers. We asked simple questions like: If you had a small fire start in your office/home, what would you do? Most of them said they would either go get water on it, or try to stamp it out. It matters where they were. We then asked: "Do you feel that it is necessary to have a portable fire extinguisher in your home or work place?" Many of them said that they did feel that it is important, even though they had smoke detectors. More than 70%of the people we surveyed did state that they had one in the home/office. The overall response was more like a sense of security in knowing that one was there. We then asked if any of them actually knew how to use them. The response was quite suprising. More than half of them said that they never really thought of it. So we asked them what would happen if they had to use one tomorrow, and the responded that they would worry about that when the time comes! The rest of the people we surveyed felt that it was basically a simple task to remove a Pin, Aim at the fire, and Spray the contents! Then we asked them some more questions like: "How long do you own your current Fire Extinguisher?" "How often do you check the gauge on your fire extinguisher?" And more than half of them wanted to know why!!!!! We even asked them where they keep the Fire Extinguisher and get this, the majority of the people did not recall! So, in our opinion, most of the people surveyed were not really aware of the importance of a Fire Extinguisher in the home/office. Many did not know when the last time they checked the gauge on them was, and others could not remember where they kept them. We also had people that were very aware, but to be honest, it was less than 23% of the overall survey. We then got to the point. We showed them a can of FirePower911, and told them that it was a rated Fire Extinguisher! The initial response was "That is a Fire Extinguisher?" We explained to them that this was the only Rated Fire Extinguisher that comes in a spray can. We then went on to explain how simple it is to use, and that unlike the Fire Extinguishers used today, FirePower 911 was light weight, did not have any kind of pin to pull, nor did it have a gauge to check. We explained that it did not have an expiration date either. All you do is point and spray, as if you were using any other kind of spray can. The response to the cans was overwhelming. Every person we asked wanted to know what store in the mall was selling them! We explained that we were only doing research on the product, and that we were not salespeople. We did give them the information needed to purchase the products though. We surveyed 100 people. The age range was between 18 and 75 We made sure we surveyed 50 men, and 50 women. Our thoughts on the survey are as follows: We believe that the majority of the people we surveyed were not fully aware of the importance of a fire extinguisher in the home/office. They felt that a smoke detector was sufficient. But we did raise eyebrows and make them consider owning one if they did not already. For the people that did own a Fire Extinguisher, they said that they would replace all of the Fire Extinguishers they currently own with FirePower911. We showed them the Rating on the can, and the UL listing. We also explained that the can was air powered. We explained that there were no HFC'S and that the contents were bio degradable and non corrosive, and non toxic. We did not do this survey at the request of the company. We decided to take the time and we did it ourselves. When we first decided to profile this company, we knew that they had a product that we felt the public would immediately respond to. And we have seen, first hand, that they are very pleased with it! Many of you are sending us e-mails referring to the fact that it is a publicly traded company, and you are asking what we think of the price of the stock. Our Opinion: We have noticed the way the stock price increases on small volume, which may be an indication that there may not be a large supply of stock available in the public float. It is also in our opinion that when SUMMIT begins the Marketing campaign for FirePower911, later in the fall, sales will increase, therefore bringing in more revenues to the company, justifying the increase in the price of the stock. What we believe is the key here is simple. "How many people will buy this product if they noticed it on television, or on the shelf in a dept. store?" For those of you who are interested in purchasing the stock on the open market, we suggest that you speak to a registered broker and discuss it with him/her. ****************************** RECENT NEWS PR ****************************** Sept 10, 1999 -Summit Environmental's FirePower 911(TM) Goes Retail LONGVIEW, Texas, Sept. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Summit Environmental Corporation Inc.
