I don't think there are much relation between these two tables, table 1 is to list the ownership of directors and executives, I think the meaning behind that is if the executives or directors own more share, then they will have a tendency to share what we shareholders will want, even an option is better than none;

Table 2 is to list the ownership of institutional investors, the more of them the stabler the stock price in most case as they will not take much of the short term move. But on the other hand, if the institution is not that reputable (say, FOR EXAMPLE, one of them is investigated of money laundry), then it can also hurt the stock price seriously.
