Charlie, Thanks for your input. I own a number of semis, and thought that TXN was just taking a hit with others. Picked up some shares for the first time, hopefully near the low of the day.

Folks, today I received a research "report" from my brokerage house that I'm still puzzling over.... It very briefly said that - regulations prevent them from commenting on TI at this time, but - all previous ratings, etc., were no longer in effect.. - however don't interpret this as good or bad news. Does anyone know what to make of this? Sounds like they know something but can't say, so they are telling me to put my ear to the ground. Does anyone have a clue?
