Why don't you read the Bible and,at least, get the sequences in order, before you go showing the world that you don't know what you are talking about. He gave Moses the commandments first. One of which said "you will not murder". the word "kill" resulted from inadequate translation of earlier texts. After that He commanded Moses to kill prostitutes,sorcerers,homosexuals, and other dregs of the earth because they were polluting His planet. The land He promised Moses in His covenant was inhabited by other such deviant people and He ordered them slain for several reasons that are His to have. He did NOT offer His son, Jesus Christ as a sacrifice but gave Him everlasting life and through Him gave the same to us.Jesus was not sacrificed. He was murdered by human beings jealous of His following. Do you have sympathy for a rabid dog when it is killed? ^ ^ ^TD

Dear Badkarma, <<I mean, as an objectively reasoned question, how can you bow to some one who kills without sympathy and or reason?>> It would be helpful if you were more specific in the areas of the Bible you are concerned about. If you truely desire to understand what God is doing then we can go verses by verse to find the truth. However, if you are just here to criticise then you are not seeking truth and you will not find it. You will only poke at other peoples beliefs and that will not do any good. Even though I do not like the argueing here I do respect people with beliefs and their conviction of them more than just looking to find fault in others and not offering what they do believe in. I hope you are sincere in knowing the God of Abraham because it will be the greatest experience of your life. He is good and loving and has the wisdom of the Universe yet desires to dwell with the humble and contrite and those that seek the truth sincerely, Nancy
