He paid most of it, but the last few grand he wasnt going to pay since he longer wished to be a member, he can easily pay it to rejoin, but why do that if you believe they are crooked. I believe his balance is maybe 7 or 8 grand out of 30. You have to understand that the NASD survives on fines and fees that is their budget. ( the suspension was for 30 days in November of 1997 for stuff that happened in 93, he left in mid 1998.)

If he ever gets back on SI , you can ask him directly.
I'm not trying to pick a fight, just relay what I now about your question.
