Mike,

Several companies might be interested in marketing Zicam after the clinical results are made public. This was discussed during a conference call several months ago and the company left its options open. It is reasonable to speculate that they are already lining up a partner to market Zicam in other countries. A complete purchase of the company is more complex because of their gum business. I personally don't think that GumTech is interested in selling themselves and the last thing that a short wants is a hostile takeover of the company.

Best regards,

Smiling Dan
