Cisco, I believe A@P Trader is Anthony under an alias. He issues those little veiled threats to take legal action just like Anthony used to do when he was on the SI thread...and he is just as bad a speller!!!...If he writes like Anthony, and probably walks like Anthony, he must be......Anthony...(just a theory on my part)!

It is not against TOU to sue (or threaten to sue) another user for slander or libel. Where the hell have you been. And if you read back through the tons of posts on SI you will never see anything said concerning TOU and suing people for slander. Stating specific and false statements about another person publicly is slander, and besides, you will see that those cases were handled in court, not with SI's TOU. rhansen

Listen here, I am stating facts and I believe anyone who makes false statements has potential problems and You cannot stop me from stating my opinions. Who do you think you are ? Why dont you quit trying to control my opinions and mind your own business. If I say something offensive about you, I would expect a reaction , and A@P isn't here to defend himself and I am a good friend of his and I am offended when someone maliciously attacks him. I will not stand by and let you or anyone else make things up and fabricate false personal Information about my buddy. Got it?
