Did you see where it states that MVEE is leasing a residential property in addition to the property where it will conduct business?

This residential property will cost $4,000 per month. First of all, is that good use of the shareholders' investment? Second, how many square feet would a home need to be to rent for $4000/month in California? Third, what is this home going to be used for?

The business location that MVEE is leasing costs over $15,000/month. How many square feet does MVEE get for that price? Does MVEE really need to lot of space relative to its assets and the nature of its assets? Is this location expensive simply because of its location and not because of its size?

I would think that the SEC would require much more disclosure than what was in SEDAR documents.

Any different opinion or observations would be appreciated.
