I agree that gmst is in the bowling alley, tb. Other than that, it's all informed speculation, even with the recent good news. Confirmation of Gemstar's simian nature will have to await their next few quarterly reports. We will need to look closely at value chain formation, revenue growth and gross margin. The proof is in the pudding. uf
