It looks like Tony C wants the price as low as possible right now or why put out such financials and all the extra shares. So the question is how does a low price benefit MVEE or Tony & associates, since they put it there. And once they achieve their 'purpose', wouldn't the next step be to pump up the value?

I think they have to mention any material events that occurred after the year end but prior to the issuance of the documents.

As I stated before, I did not see any reference to When Nietchie Wept, Held For Ransom, Really Mean Men, or Alicia's Book.
Either these items are immaterial or they wanted everybody to think the company was in very bad shape.

Maybe I just overlooked the references to those projects. Did you see any mention of them?
