Daniel, I really beleive that A@P DID pursue legal action against ztect. If I am wrong then yes it would be a point against A@P, but not for ztect, I remember ztect's posts on these threads and if you did then we wouldn't even be having this discussion. This discussion started about why you thought that if A@P was allowed back on then so should ztect. I stated that there was a difference because legal action (I beleive) had to be pursued in ztect's case. Now I am wondering if you will be man enough to appoligize if A@P did indeed pursue legal action against ztect.
