I spoke with Les Schecter Friday late afternoon and he indicated to me that there would be news out today. He also said that they wanted to reduce the float so that when they put out some really good news, it would have a more positive effect on the stock with the long-term goal of getting off the BB. For those that don't know, Les is the PR guy for PLRP. He also mentioned that they will have some income figures to report soon.

I got the impression that this news out today would be fairly significant. Would encourage all longs to call him.
His number is 212-586-2600.

News out for Pacel:

PACEL Corp. - PLRPD.OB - Joins With Child Watch of North America
MANASSAS, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 12, 1999--PACEL Corp. (NASD, OTC BB, PLRPD.OB) and its subsidiary, EBStor.Com have entered into an agreement with Child Watch of North America to create a new Family-safe product for home PC and Internet applications.

This product will provide updateable screen savers of missing/recovered children while providing parents with the ability to limit access on a PC by program or file basis as well as specify Internet URLs for exclusion. This was announced yesterday by David Calkins, President of PACEL at the opening of the company's new e-commerce division EBStor.Com.

The new product, ChildWatch(TM), a variation of PACEL's existing WinSentry(TM) on-screen security software, allows parents to connect to a database of Family-unfriendly Internet sites selected by a committee of child experts from organizations such as Child Watch of North America and law enforcement agencies from across the United States.

The database is updated on a frequent basis and provides parents with the ability to protect their children from unwanted web sites, by allowing them to block inappropriate sites. The software gives parents this ability without the necessity of finding the sites beforehand, or relying on a robotic search engine that can limit full utilization of the Internet. The program also monitors and records all activities on the computer, allowing parents to understand what children have been using the computer for.

''We are very excited about this relationship with Child Watch of North America,'' Calkins said. ''We are not only providing a security software program allowing parents to monitor Internet access by children and teenagers, we are also assisting Child Watch of North America in its ongoing efforts to locate missing children and advise families how they can protect their little ones.''

The ChildWatch(TM) security software program will be distributed free to the public, with a safety video on how to keep our children safe. Child Watch of North America will make these products available in December with the support of Texaco, and several other major corporations.

EBStor.Com is developing a ChildWatch(TM) Internet web site which will provide updated pertinent information to help find missing children, and will update the database of family-unfriendly web sites. Users will be charged a $5 monthly fee of which Child Watch of North America will receive 20%.

PACEL Corp. provides high-value technology solutions allowing clients to enter the new millennium with the highest level of productivity and capability. These business solutions enable companies to capitalize on rapidly changing opportunities within the global market.
