I hate to say this, but it is generally accepted (at least in north america) that active cooling means anything other than hanging (just) a heatsink off the device.

Ali muster up all your strength and use your head. Athlon has a fan. Celerons have fans. PIIIs have fans. Why would we care if CuMine has a fan?

PS.. when you stop and think, make sure you aren't operating any power tools or heavy machinery.
