voop - How important is the 3G CDMA air interface in terms of royalty revenues?

As a percent of operating earnings, how important is royalties now? I'd guess that it is responsible for more than half of operating earnings (attributing much of the R&D to royalties and some of the sales and other overhead). And I would expect this number to actually increase since I expect Qualcomm's overall share of CDMA ASICs to go down.
