Funny how much of a pastime it is to complain about your cable/phone company in this area.

By contrast, I've heard Carolyn say on several occasions what a pleasant experience she has had dealing with Charter. Charter emphasizes their commitment to customer service right in their S-1, listing it as one of the components necessary for success. Talk is cheap, but it sounds like they are actually backing it up.
